Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how visitors reach the site. IP addresses are anonymised. The events we send (for example, that a form was started or a calculator was used) carry the page path and a short label only, never your name, phone number, email or message.

Google Analytics sets its own analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

When you send an enquiry

An enquiry form can send us the following, depending on what you fill in:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Country of residence
• Service you are interested in
• Plot location, ownership and size
• Budget
• Preferred start date
• Preferred contact method
• Your consent choices (enquiry contact, and marketing updates if ticked)
• Your message
• The page of the website you sent it from

These details are emailed to our inbox (sent through the Resend email service) and may also be stored in a Google Sheet operated by Taqdeer Builders. We use them only to respond to your enquiry. If you continue on WhatsApp, phone or email, that conversation is handled through those services.

We send marketing messages only if you tick the separate box asking for occasional updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell or rent your details.

How long we keep it, and your requests

Enquiry details are kept while needed to respond and for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time, or ask what we hold about you or to correct it, by emailing [email protected].

Links to other sites

The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Their own privacy terms apply once you use them.

Changes to this notice

If what the site collects changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
