What we do
Turnkey house construction
We build on your plot, from foundation to finishing, under one contract. Material brands we specify include ACC Cement, UltraTech Cement, TATA Steel, Havells Wiring, Kajaria Tiles.
Plot assistance
Help finding a plot in our service areas, a document checklist checked with your lawyer, and coordination of the registry appointment.
NRI construction coordination
Photo and video updates on WhatsApp at each construction stage. Video calls scheduled in your time zone. Coordination with your Power of Attorney holder or family in India.

How it works

Consultation
We discuss your plot, requirements and budget, in person or on a video call.

Site visit
We visit the plot, note the site conditions and confirm your brief.

Design and quotation
House plans and an itemised quotation with a specification sheet and milestone schedule.

Agreement
A written contract covering scope, rate, payment schedule and timeline.

Construction
Work proceeds stage by stage. Photo and video updates on WhatsApp at each construction stage.

Handover
The finished house is handed over to you or your representative.
